Graphic Designer | India | Brazil

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual designs: Develop creative and engaging designs for various marketing materials, both print and digital.
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet marketing objectives.
• Manage design projects: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
• Image editing and manipulation: Proficiently use image editing software to enhance and manipulate images.
• Layout and typography: Create visually appealing layouts with appropriate typography choices.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution: Prepare final design files for print production and digital distribution.
• Present design concepts: Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
